International High Performance Coach Ming Lu (Lui) will be delivering a Vault Master Class during the school holidays. Ideal for Level 3 & 4 WAG and Level 1 - 5 MAG gymnasts, Lui will provide expert coaching and a once in a lifetime experience for the participants. He and is excited to share hisknowledge with our future gymnasts. 

The session will be broken into 2x 45 minute sessions with a 15 minute break in between. The focus will be on technique and skills to improve the gymnasts vault skills. 

There are only 20 spots available and they will fill up fast. 

The Master Class is available to gymnasts from all clubs.
