Senior Coach Adrian Ghiggeri will be delivering a Strength & Conditioning Master Class during the school holidays. Ideal for competitive gymnasts, Adrian will ensure all participants gain theoretical and practical knowledge.

The session will be broken into 2x 45 minute sessions with a 15 minute break in between. The focus will be on new skill and knowledge development. 

There are only 20 spots available and they will fill up fast. 

The Master Class is available to gymnasts from all clubs.

The schedule will also allow gymnasts to attend our School Holiday Fun program. Any gymnasts attending School Holiday Fun on the same day will receive a $20 discount to School Holiday Fun. Please contact us at info@mwgymclub.com to claim your discount code once you have booked in.
