High Performance Coach Ming "Lui" Lu will be delivering a Level 7-8 Tumbling Master Class focussing on: round off back handspring back layouts, and connection skills for front somersault step out round off back handspring during the school holidays. Ideal for Level 7 - 8 gymnasts, Lui will provide expert coaching and a brilliant experience for the participants. Lui has been a WAG coach at the AIS and has helped develop WAG & MAG athletes to represent their country. 

The session will be broken into 2x 45 minute sessions with a 15 minute break in between. The focus will be on technique and skills to improve the gymnasts beam routines. 

There are only 16 spots available and they will fill up fast. 

The Master Class is available to gymnasts from all clubs.
