High Performance coach Cody Moore will be delivering a Bar Circle Sets Master Class during the school holidays. Ideal for competitive WAG (Level 5+) & MAG (Level 4+) gymnasts. Cody will provide expert coaching and an exciting opportunity for participants. Cody has been a high performance coach for many years and has helped develop a number of athletes to become International athletes. 

The session will be broken into 2x 45 minute sessions with a 15 minute break in between. The focus will be on technique and skills on trampoline to improve the gymnasts twisting skills. 

There are only 15 spots available and they will fill up fast. 

The Master Class is available to gymnasts from all clubs.
