At MWGC, we place a high priority on the mental wellbeing of our coaches and staff. To support this, we are aligning with the new Right to Disconnect legislation, which took effect on August 26, 2024. This legislation is aimed at fostering a healthier work-life balance by enabling employees to disconnect from work communications outside of designated hours.
As a result, we will need to make some adjustments to our operations and organisational culture. We understand that many of our families have busy schedules and may reach out outside of standard school hours. Please know that we value and appreciate all your communications and will respond as promptly as possible.
