Trampoline & Tumbling:
Love the high-flying acrobatics of gymnastics but not a fan of apparatus? Tumbling, also known as power tumbling, is an acrobatic sport combining speed, rhythm and height conducted on a 25-meter-long sprung track. Tumbling combines the exciting aspects of an artistic gymnastics floor routine with the dynamics of trampoline skills. Tumbling is an exciting program with spectacular skills and dynamic movements. We have recreational classes for kids of any skill level from 5 years olds and up!
Rec +:
Rec Plus was created as a bridge between our recreational program and competitive women’s artistic gymnastics (WAG). The program is for selected recreational athletes to come and train in a WAG style program with the hopes of eventually joining into the WAG program.
