Our Christmas Holiday Fun program runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from December 8th to December 18th, giving your kids a full day of excitement while you take care of everything on your festive to-do list.
Packed with gymnastics, games, Christmas arts and crafts, creative challenges and plenty of holiday cheer, it’s the perfect way for kids to stay active, make friends and have an unforgettable lead-up to Christmas — all in a safe, supervised environment.

We’re launching a Saturday Adult Open Gym — 2–4pm, designed for anyone 16+ who wants to move, train, and push their body in a fully equipped gymnastics space.
This is an open training environment with an experienced gymnastics coach on the floor — ready to help with technique, skill breakdowns, strength drills, mobility tips, or that “how do I actually do this?” moment.
Perfect for athletes from any movement background:
• Gymnastics
• Dance
• Calisthenics
• Cheer
• Acrobatics
• Martial arts / tricking
• General fitness or strength training
• Parkour
